Launching international brands into UK

We have worked with a number of international clients to develop distribution strategies for entry to the UK that they deliver themselves.  

For other clients where they have no existing operations / infrastructure in the UK, we have worked to both develop the thinking and deliver the distribution.

Iluminage was an Israeli brand jointly owned by Unilever. They out- sourced all aspects of managing the brand in the UK to us. With a small team, we launched the brand in the UK and over 3 years we managed the brand, growing it from nothing to multi million pound brand. We were accountable for the growth and profitability of the brand but worked closely with the manufacturing team in Israel and the business team in New York.
