Jane brings a unique and diverse range of experience, having held senior leadership roles across both brands and retailers.
Her retail career includes leading the marketing at Tesco.com, key category roles in both Boots and Argos, and CEO of a chain of premium beauty stores.

With a deep focus on health and beauty, Jane has successfully led some of the UK’s most iconic beauty brands, including Boots No7 and also as CEO of Unilever’s premium beauty brand Iluminage. Her clients have included a wide breath of beauty brands like The Inkey List, Frank Body and Currentbody.com where she developed the globally successful LED mask.
In addition, she has a strong entrepreneurial approach, having created and led new, start up businesses from scratch in the health and beauty market.

Sue is a senior manager with expertise in retail category management, brand marketing, and product development.
With over 30 years of experience in the health and beauty sector, Sue has built a distinguished career, including a highly successful time at Boots. During her time there, she held key roles such as Category Manager for Self-Selection Cosmetics, Head of Marketing, and Product Development Manager.

Following Boots, Sue has worked with a range of renowned health and beauty brands, including Unilever, Inkey, Probio7, Urban Retreat, and Natio, further broadening her expertise.

Sue’s deep understanding of the health and beauty market is complemented by a results-driven approach. Her exceptional relationship-building skills ensure that projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.
